How To Sign Up For Classes?

Most of our classes are drop-in classes. Beside each class it says “Sign-Up Now.” We encourage you to sign-up in advance to guarantee a spot, but it is not necessary. If you arrive at least 15 minutes before the class you should be fine.

What if I need to cancel?

We kindly ask that if you registered online days before a class and cannot make it or if you have booked a semi-private or private session, that you cancel at least 3hrs in advance so that we accommodate other students on waiting list that wish to come to classes.

Mats

For maximum comfort we suggest you bring your own mat. If you cannot bring a mat we do have mats for use at the studio.

Change rooms

We have a separate men’s and women’s change room areas. There are cubbies in the studio itself where you can keep your valuables.

Clothing

Comfortable clothing that is not too loose on the body, so that the teacher can more easily observe your posture in poses. Leggings, shorts, t-shirts, and tanks are best for comfort and ease of movement through the poses.

Precautions

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, restrictions, or illnesses so that the instructor can take you through a healing and safe practice.

How to Redeem your Fireflow Groupon

Please follow these instructions prior to coming for your first class for an easy and quick check-in.

1. Register on our site by going to our schedule page (the top of this page) and creating an account with us by clicking on the ‘Sign up!’ link next to one of the classes.

NOTE: This deal is valid only for new clients.   If you are already registered on our site you are ineligible for this deal.

2. Next, send us an email with your name as you entered it in Step 1, the name of the purchaser, and the number below the barcode on your groupon voucher (see image below).

3.  We’ll send you a confirmation that you’ve been registered.  Once you have this confirmation from us, you are ready to come take your first class at Fireflow. Just go the class you are interested in and sign up.

4.  When you arrive at the studio make sure you have a copy of your Groupon on your phone or printed out.  You will have to show that and pay the HST on whichever package your purchased.
