Learn the fundamentals of the yoga experience with other absolute beginners. Over 4 sessions we focus on releasing tension, increasing flexibility, developing core strength, and proper breathing. This workshop is meant for anyone new to the practice or for those who have attended classes are not sure if they are doing things correctly. Benefit most from any of the regular classes after taking this workshop. Be advised that we work slowly but expect to sweat and get a great stretch and workout from these sessions.

Sundays 11am – 12.30pm, starts February 12th

We offer pre-natal yoga workshops for moms-to-be from
2nd trimester of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Yoga helps alleviate discomfort, cultivates breath and body awareness and to strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Classes run in 5 week sessions but can be joined at anytime.
Thursdays 6.15pm – 7.30pm
Saturdays 11.15am – 12.30pm
