Fireflow’s 200+ Hour Teacher Training will empower you to better understand yoga and the body.

Those who wish to teach will find an invaluable amount of resources and and tools to share with your own students, and those looking to deepen their yoga experience and self development will also learn how to better understand the body and self. This year long experience will transform your yoga practice and provide you the tools to successfully teach others.

Yoga teacher training includes
-daily meditation
-daily ashtanga practice, both led classes and Mysore sessions
-learn anatomy pertaining to yoga
-study philosophy and theory of yoga
-learn hands on adjustment techniques
-practice teaching
-learn how to plan classes, modify postures for various levels
-create vinyasa flow sequences from the fundamentals of ashtanga
-we will help you write a bio and prepare a video bio
-the Fireflow teacher training program provides more than the course requirements for the Yoga Alliance 200+ Yoga Teacher Certification.
